WE SEE BREAD DIFFERENTLY
It is our goal to introduce the Roanoke area to our style of baking. There is a simple joy in eating a loaf of bread made fresh daily and not loaded down with preservatives to make it last for weeks as it travels from one part of the country to another. Our bread is fresh and local.
The hard crust provides satisfaction of eating something substantial. And the soft yet firm crumb contrasts the mouth-feel of the crust. The flavors invade your taste buds as the aroma adds to the experience.

Fromage- Three Cheeses with basil and roast tomato puree on focaccia.
Turkey Florentine- Turkey breast with bacon, spinach, feta and fresh mozzarella served on our flat bread.
Roast Beef- Topped with swiss cheese, onions, and roasted mushrooms. Served on focaccia.
Italiano- Smoked ham and cappicola with peppered olive relish, fresh mozzarella. Served on Herb Flat Bread
Prosciutto Baguette- Served with house-made mozzarella and tomato basil spread.
Mediterranean Tuna- Served on crusty baguette, with hardboiled eggs and olive tapenade.
Bread Craft Club- Roast turkey with apple wood bacon, served with pickled onions on 100% whole grain bread.
Roast Vegetable Tartine- Seasonal vegetables and hummus on Rosemary Flat Bread.
Caprese- Fresh mozzarella with local tomatoes and seasonal lettuce.
Truffle Bacon Salad- Seasonal greens with creamy truffle dressing, eggs, bacon, tomatoes and walnut-mushroom bruschetta.
Seasonal Salad- Seasonal greens and vegetables served with Chevre cheese, nuts and vinaigrette.
