can I place an order or hold over the phone?

we would like to acknowledge that we used to accept orders and day-of holds over the phone. Going forward, the only way to place an order for bread and pastry items will be through this new online ordering system; only catering orders will be taken over the phone.

where can i pick up my order?

24 church avenue SW Roanoke, VA 24011 during open hours; Wednesday through Sunday, 8am to 2pm

why do you need 3 days notice for orders?

Everything we make is from scratch. It takes time to prepare everything to ensure order are fulfilled. In the case of sourdough, we need too feed enough sourdough starter 3 days in advance to make the bread needed.

can I have someone else pick up my order?

Yes!

can I cancel an order and get a refund?

We can’t guarantee that we’ll be able to cancel an order, due to the preparatory nature of baking fresh items. Please reach out via phone or email as soon as possible if you need to cancel.

why can’t i select a pick up date?

The calendar will show pick up dates for the combined order in the cart. If you have an item in the cart that is only available on Saturday and one that is only available Wednesday, there won’t be a date available to pick them both up together. To avoid this, place a separate order for Wednesday pickup and another for Saturday.

Do I need to have a paypal account to place an order?

Nope! You can check out as a guest without setting up an account.
